You can restore it for free !
Please try following steps,
1. Tap trial label at top right of the calendar
2. The window of upgrading will show
3. Tap 'For customers who have previously completed a purchase, see here.'

* You need to use the same AppleID as you used in the past.

You can restore it for free !
Please try following steps,
1. Tap 'Shop' tab
2. Scroll the iconset and calendar list to the bottom
3. Tap 'Reintegrating purchased item'
 
* You need to use the same AppleID as you used in the past.
* You can't restore the reward icon of Facebool and Twitter.

Where is the shift icon set that I bought?

When you tap the Image item on the shift pattern edit screen, a list of icons will be displayed.

All the data of the application has disappeared. How can I recover it?

Accepted Answer

This application has no data backup and restore function.
However, you can back up and restore application data by using iCloud or iTunes.
